We need access to your device to use and copy photos as your profile picture, as well as any photos/media files you choose to share for display in the application. We also need access to your camera and microphone to record video/audio (including music files) to provide services while you use the application. This also helps us meet compliance requirements, such as preventing users under the age of 18 from accessing the application.
The content you share— SoulWave allows you to share your profile, interests, text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, audio, and other communications with other users. If you choose to share this content, it will be stored on our servers. Please note that if you share this content with other SoulWave users, we may not be able to delete it or block others from accessing it. By sharing such content, you agree that you may lose control over how it is used and that it may become public (depending on your or other users' actions). SoulWave assumes no responsibility for how others use the content you share.
Content you create—We may also collect and store any user-generated content (such as photos, screenshots, comments, interests, and other information) that you create or publish on the application (“User Content”).
Transaction Information – To complete a transaction, you will be asked to provide payment information. This information will be securely transmitted to a third-party vendor or merchant to process your purchase. SoulWave may process or store your payment information, but we may also store information about your purchases, including date, time, amount, and other behavioral data, such as your purchase history.
Error Report Information – We collect error reports when the application crashes or malfunctions to help improve application stability. They contain details such as device type, version, device identifier, time the error occurred, the features being used, and the state of the application at the time of the crash.

Please ensure your profile only contains content you want to share.

When collecting and using your data, we adhere to the principle of data minimization, ensuring that it is used only for the following purposes. We will process your data for the purpose of providing services and other related business activities, including:

- Connect you with other application users.
- Enables you to share your profile with other users within the application.

- Displays the name of the person you are communicating with, and shows your name to the people you interact with in the app.

If you request that we delete your account, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete your data from our servers, in accordance with any applicable law or other requirements to retain records of certain personally identifiable information about you. Please note that deleting your personally identifiable information from our database may prevent us from continuing to provide you with services.
